My personal training with you is all about getting the best out of you and achieving the results you want, giving you the confidence and knowledge not just for short term results but for the rest of your life. A bold statement I know but I am passionate about my work and I want to pass that passion on to you.

Each of my sessions last an hour and each session will be varied, fun and educational.
I will teach various stretching exercises to make sure you are properly warmed up and warmed down before and after each training session and when I can see that you are performing these correctly I will encourage you to do these 10 minutes before and after our training sessions so we can achieve more in the hour we have together.

I will assess your personal goals and needs at our initial consultation and I will give you a full health appraisal and gauge your initial level of fitness with cardiovascular testing, strength and flexibility testing and checks on your posture and balance and check your age, weight, height etc. This will be noted and I will completely re-assess you every few weeks so you can clearly see the progress you're making.

I will always make notes during our session and monitor your heart rate, I will motivate you and encourage you to achieve your goals because that's my job as your personal trainer but I will always make sure you are comfortable and confident with our exercises. I will work a variety of exercises into our training session including core work, pad work, interval training and resistance training, strength and conditioning exercises

Its entirely up to you how many sessions we have a week, we can always tailor your requirements to suit your needs and your budget and I can set you exercises to do in your own time. We can organise our training sessions at the Train Session, the gym where I am based or I can travel to any gym where you are a member.
