What is Sports Massage? Sports massage is the term applied to the discipline of using massage for the personal benefit of sports and exercise participants. Sports massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body, eg. the muscles, ligaments and tendons.

What can I do for you? I am a qualified and experienced sports massage therapist. My sports massage sessions are designed to help you prepare your body for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or just to function well during your training.

My sports massage is tailored to your individual needs and I aim to positively enhance your ability to perform. My sessions usually last for 45 minutes and I can travel to you to fit in with your busy lifestyle.
