"I have been training with Jason for about eighteen months and in that time I do not believe that he has ever repeated a circuit. It is easy to get bored running on a treadmill or sitting on a rowing machine but Jason's varied use of the training equipment and machines means that the mind is as active as the body. Eight weeks prior to this photo I had surgery on my stomach which necessitated a general anaesthetic, both the surgeon and the anaesthetist commented to their students that they anticipated no problems as the patient was obviously fit....thanks Jason!"

"Jason has been personal training me for 18 months. Since I started I have found my fitness is the best it's ever been. I've always done a lot of sport representing Wales in athletics and playing football, so I've been reasonably fit but I found after a few months with Jason it taught me a lot and made me work that little bit harder. he pushes you to the limit and has a lot of experience in variation exercises which are fantastic for intensity and strength. It's brought out a lot of improvement in my own performance and I'm getting stronger and faster all the time.
