"I started training with Jason in January 2011, and in 15 months he has helped me loose over 4 stone — and 6 inches off my waist!
Starting off was difficult as I hadn't done any real training for over 10 years, but for the first 3 months, we set short term goals. I ran a 5k race in the March, 10k race in the June, and the Cardiff half Marathon in the October.
Once my fitness had reached a good level, we moved away from cardio exercise to concentrate on weight training, which has in turn helped me maintain my interest and determination to keep the weight off.
Jason is great at setting realistic goals and mixing up activities so that training doesn’t get boring — and as a result of training I'm now as healthy as I was as a teenager!"
