White Collar Boxing

Don't be deceived by the name, white collar boxing is not just for white collar professionals but for anyone who leaves work or home after a stressful day and are in need of letting off steam. Hitting a punch bag or pads is a great way of releasing all that pent up energy.

White collar boxing is for both men and women and for young and old alike and for all levels of fitness from high level athletes to self confessed couch potatoes! It's a popular way to get fit and is both fun and educational. I will teach you new skills and how to defend yourself; it will stimulate your mind as well as achieving fantastic physical results!

Boxing is said to be the best all over body workout you can do and through an ever changing programme of exercises including punch bag and pad work, medicine balls and skipping, my approach will challenge you to achieve your best.

After teaching you a few skills you can choose to take it as far as you want, whether you choose to spar or just stay with the punch bag and pads - it's your choice.

Is boxing safe? Well as a qualified instructor and trainer I will push you to achieve your goal but we will always work at a pace suitable to your level of fitness.
